I wanted to say that while the moderators here will be putting up new rules to this comm eventually, we've yet to put them together. In the meantime, though, there are some that we feel need to be implemented immediately. Please take note, as they go into effect now. 1.) This is a picture community for pictures of the Beatles and related subjects, not a fanart community. In the past we have approved fanart posts because there were no rules against it, but we feel that fanart does not fit the criteria of the community. Fanart should be posted at craftybeatles or other fanart related sites. If you post fanart here, it must be accompanied with a picture spam that is larger than the fanart spam to be approved. Alternately (and preferably), you may include a link to Beatle-fanart (which you've posted on your journal or another comm or dA, etc.) when you post a relevant spam. 2.) Embedded YouTube videos MUST now be behind an lj-cut, no exceptions, and it must also include a picture spam. We will no longer be approving posts that are only YouTube videos without picture spams or are uncut YouTube videos. Additionally, the only posts that should be posted to this comm without picture spams are moderator posts or request posts (though we prefer request posts to also have spams). News articles, etc., should have a (related) picture spam or not be posted. Also, though not a rule, this comm has tags now. My sister currently doesn't have online access on her laptop and wants beatles pics and lots of them.
